"I had a total knee replacement on a Thursday discharged on Friday. On Sunday someone came out and did my intake visit. On Tuesday my in home therapy started. Samantha was my therapist she was wonderful I can't say enough about her knowledge kindness and the care she gave me. For 2 weeks I had therapy 3 times a week. My last visit to discharge me was with Steve he was just as wonderful and knowledgeable about my progress. I wouldn't be where I am today without them. I would definitely use or refer them to anyone needing in home therapy"

"I am currently supposed to have visits 3 times a week for wound care. This is Thursday and have not seen anyone since last Friday. Nurses come MWF but last week none came on W with no phone call. This has happened several times. The nurses have been very efficient and helpful, I have no problem with any I have seen. When I call to speak to scheduling most times I have to leave a message and get no call back."

"Treated my mother horribly. She was supposed to be seen twice a week for would care and they would consistently reschedule or skip her visits without calling to let us know. The nurse was nasty with us when we asked questions and calling the manager for assistance was useless because they would just keep transfering us in circles. We switched home health providers as soon as we could."

"Sadly zero stars is more accurate. Day 6 post surgery and still no home PT arranged. . Each person tells you something different and they each say their computer is “slow today.” They place priority on servicing local hospital discharge patients and others are at the bottom of the schedule. Donna will tell you approx 5 days to be placed on schedule after referral approved by insurance. Clearly post surgery, a 5 day wait is unacceptable and not within standard guidelines. When I finally spoke to the Director of Centralized Services she indicated she would speak to the departments. Internal training seems lacking. If you can’t service someone tell them at onset, don’t string them along hampering their rehab."
