"I use this garage every so often and it’s so gross. Dead birds and bird feces liter the upper floors. Apparently it didn’t always look like that. Before the pandemic it was clean. Now it seems pretty neglected by the current cleaning staff. I hope they find some cleaning help soon before it is ground zero for the next bird flu or some other avian carrying disease."

"The garage only takes cash. The only pay booths are on the second floor. Only one of the two booth worked during my visit - the one on the east side. The elevators also did not work. The ATM next door was also broken. There is a token machine in the courthouse annex, but it is not a convenient or easy to use set-up. It's actually the worst parking experience that I've encountered. I had to hike to the grocery store, buy groceries, get cash back, and then break the $20 from the cash back at the service desk. The clerk at the service desk actually said that I was not the first person with this issue. The parking rates are the same as every other small town in America, that doesn't excuse the lack of technology. I own a small business too, we take credit card, and advise the customer there is a fee for smaller transactions and give the customer the option of paying the fee, unlike this garage wherein you're just trapped. Mind you, this is the parking garage for the county offices. There are multiple apps that allow you to pay for parking that are utilized by similar sized communities. Based on the response from the community owned garage, not only will I not visit this garage again, but I'll probably just skip on by the entire community."
