"We went to the Twenty One Pilots listening event and it was super cool!! The store has so many other records in it as well which is impressive. We also preordered the vinyls and CD there and they came in very quickly. The store owner is very kind and knowledgeable about music - a cool guy to talk to! We hope more events take place there!!"

Owner is friendly and helpful unlike Underdog Records in Hubbard where owner is rude and ignorant to customers and overcharges for all music formats. Underdog Records is selling used cassette tapes for $7.00 each which is an obsolete music format and his store in Hubbard is a dump and dirty inside. Shop at Record Connection instead."

"Where do I even start? I've been looking to collect every version of a certain Greta Van Fleet record. After a year and a half of searching, I was still coming up empty handed. Finally, someone at a different record store suggested I try The Record Connection. Jeff not only offered to order exactly what I needed, but actually had a version I didn't know existed. We don't live near Niles, so I just had to trust he would have what he said when he said he would have it. It turned out to be well worth the drive. I walked away with this awesome record as well as some other GVF goodies. The look on my husband's face was priceless. I couldn't have done it without Jeff. We will definitely be back."

It was rare to walk out of there without some new music.
