"The quality of clubs is great for the price but their website has issues. Their website let me order a pak that had a discontinued head. The website said "partially shipped." I waited 2 weeks with no progress. When I called they said the head was discontinued and the replacement head was $10 more. My latest order again says "partially shipped." I called and found out one of the heads is on back order. The representative said that they would not be in until the end of the month. So I will probably have to wait a month and a half to two months for them."

"I cannot recommend these folks enough! I’m new to golf and got a great deal on a set of clubs and a few needed some new grips. not knowing what to do or where to go I googled golf shops near me and this came up. From the moment I arrived the staff was nothing but polite and respectful. They were beyond helpful offering me advice on what grips they recommended and every selection they offer. The store was neat and organized and every employee was clean and polite. The grips were way cheaper than I anticipated even though the cost wasn’t a deciding factor for me. They did the grips right then and there for me because it was only 3 clubs. The younger gentleman who did the work was quick, efficient and explained to me what he was doing and how it worked. The other gentleman that helped me pick the grips and rang me out was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. I will absolutely continue to bring my business to this store and I cannot recommend them enough!!"

"Great clubs at great deals for new golfers not wanting to spend a fortune on other big names clubs. My entire order was less than $250 to include shipping and assembly fees for a 5-PW. From order to delivery for a custom fit, pre assembled set took about 2 weeks after ordering. I imagine it’s a good bit shorter if you plan to assemble them yourselves. The customer service folks are easy to reach out to if you need to check up on an order. Clubs came in in great condition, wrapped in plastic wrapping with cardboard stuffing. Got oversized grips and an extension and they fit me perfect. Ordered the STI2 irons, and they feel very nice after the first range visit. Excited to get out and play some more!"

"I've ordered from Golfworks for many years, however recently I find their service to be very poor. I recently ordered an item, and was shipped an incorrect component (shaft). In the following days I tried calling, waited on hold each time for over 10m, hung up and tried again 3 or 4 more times over a 2 day period, with the same result. I finally just emailed them my situation, and never got a response back (it's been 3 days). I'll be taking my business elsewhere, I just don't have time for bad service and need to be able to speak to a human in a reasonable amount of time. I understand that "bad service" seems to be a corporate way "save costs", but I'll find other sources for my golf components."
