"Claustrophobic...yep, that is me. Woke up in the middle of the night, full on panic, just thinking about my MRI. Walked in the MRI room, 0-100, I freaked out! Serena could not have been more kind. She was very understanding and did her best to control the situation. She offered me a blanket, eye covering, and headphones. All of that just made it worse. She remained calm with a smile on her face and just told me to "keep looking at her" as I moved into the tube. My eyes were still focused on her smiling face when she said that I was "in as far as I needed to go." My head was turned to the left, I could see out, never ever having to "see" how close my face was to the tube. I immediately relaxed and as she said, "You got this girl,"... I knew I did. THANK YOU, SERENA AND HALEY, for making this the best that it could be. I recommend the Pickerington team to anyone who suffers from claustrophobia the way I do. Cindy"
"Since I’m claustrophobic, I just had to go to the Open MRI. Jalin-At the front desk Greeted me promptly. She helped me out with any questions I had. Tanya and Serena were very compassionate and understanding. These girls love their job. They were funny and they made my experience Tolerable.
