"The CPAP didn't work out for me. I called Rezk and was told it was within the time I could return it. I followed the instructions given and was told it would be $100 restocking fee. The company then charged me for the entire charge! I called and said that the equipment was returned and I was told it was $100. They said the only way to not be charged is to have the insurance company tell them not to - but the insurance company said they have nothing to do with it. They continue to charge me for equipment I don't have. I've fought the charges several times, but they won't stop!"
