"Feel scammed!!! Went to re-order my Mirage Quattro full mask and replacement pillows. Was told they no longer carry it but ‘have a replacement to try.’ Told me the style and looked it up. I said I would try it. Tried it and did not work. Called my doctor and told him. He sent a new script to another company who carried my mask. Contacted Community for a refund. First was told, I should have called them before my doctor because now ‘management decided to change course.’ They had ‘billing’ call me. I was told they ‘will not reimburse my out of pocket $126 because the package was open.’ I asked them: How do you ‘try’ without ‘opening the package?’ Told them they should sell cars…. ‘Take it for a test ride. Now you bought it because you drove it whether you like it or not.’ Will not deal with them again and will inform my doc how they operate."

"I was told July 15 I would be able to order a new bipap machine. The machine I have now is barely running. It sounds like its ready to die. They know this as the therapist came out to my house and told me it was working fine. My doctor tested it and told me I needed a new machine but I couldn't get it until July 5. It is now August 13 and I have yet to get my Bipap machine. I keep calling and the rude woman on the phone tells me the therapist will call me. She said the therapist would call me last week, I was never contacted. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get my machine."

"Ordered BiPap mask and tubing well over a month ago. Still haven't received it. Now that both my mask are broken I wonder if I'll wait another month or two..."

"Have been trying for 3 wks for them to pick up equipment. Maybe they are still billing insurance company, IDK, but it should not take 3 weeks. Had horrible customer service from the beginning. Lisa had a snarkey attitude. This just confirms that I will go elsewhere for medical equipment if we need it agsin"
