"Great comedy spot. Went to see Mike Epps and of course it was an amazing show. The food was good. The salmon bites are delicious. The Yams were too sweet and turkey chops were too thick. Cocktails were great! Great vibe!!"

"My cousin and I visited Detroit for her birthday weekend and we decided to go to trap bingo at One Mike. We had a great time! The host was really funny, I think we laughed the entire time. The music was a vibe, the environment is comfortable. We had such a good time that we returned later that evening for a comedy show with London Brown aka uncle Marvin from Raising Kanan. He was hilarious and he also touched on some real subjects, he brought out some real conversations that sparked my interest to where we could’ve did a small group conversation on our own lbs. It was almost like there wasn’t enough time to get in detail about the topics he touched on, nevertheless a time was had. It’s amazing that they would have an actor that is so down to earth, open, and honest in their establishment. It really says a lot about the team and management, special shout out to Damon, he prepared a great show and also trap bingo, was very nice, respectful, and helpful! You can tell that he puts his heart into what he does, which is lovely. I have a business mindset from school, so in my opinion tickets are pretty cheap, I wouldn’t mind paying a bit extra for some well prepared food, because it wasn’t all that but it was ok. They could up the show cost about $15 and have all the TT’s come cook some good food. You will always remember a good time and some good food. There is also a bar on the other side, which is dope if you would like a little bar action and some good music. Very well made establishment, they treat you like family. Go have a great time :)"

"Great comedic acts. Offered flloor and raised seating (rear) VIP off to the side; it looked like you could fit 200 seats. Nice staff. Had to visit Day Day's Detroit, the spot had a contemporary retro classic Hollywood California vibe with Detroit swag. Really good drinks and unique cocktails. Starters were available."

"Was downtown during the draft so it was busy and we didn’t have reservations. The staff was very accommodating at getting our group of 5 a table and not interrupting their existing reservations. Once sat the staff was great with service and they were all attentive. Vibe and energy was great. I had the catfish platter. The Catfish was fried in flour, not cornmeal. Well-seasoned and not over-breaded with a good crunch. Good portion, and very satisfying. Greens were also favorable and reminds me of a home-cooked greens. Mac & Cheese was solid, but didn’t steal the show for me. A good amount of cheese, but not overly creamy and probably prefer my Mac with more seasoning. Again, the Mac was solid, 4/5. Overall, I’d definitely come back and try out more of what they have."
