"I highly recommend Ashley Majorsky. She got my divorce over as fast as possible, about 13 months from date of separation to date of a consent agreement on the divorce and all claims, ending my APL payments ASAP which were a lot of money. It was no problem for her to get me 50/50 custody. I walked away with no alimony payments and I'm much better off financially then I ever thought I would be when this all started. "I don't prefer to give negative reviews. After a lot of thought, I cannot in good conscience not leave a review, in hopes that it prevents someone else making the same mistake I did in hiring Stephanie Jablon to represent me. I was having an issue with a school choice dispute. I took time off of work to meet with her to discuss the case, in which we discussed that we believed that our opposing party was aiming for homeschooling. I brought up a concern via email a week before our court date that opposing counsel would bring up my child's previous school, which went unrecognized. The day before court, opposing counsel's pretrial statement stated that their choice was the previous school, not homeschooling, as I was led to believe. After the judge ruled on the matter, we were discussing matters on the phone, and Stephanie Jablon stated that she had known they were opting for the school "the whole time." If she had known "the whole time," then the gross negligence of how she handled my case is truly astounding. When our day in court came, Stephanie Jablon was completely unprepared, unconfident, and had no applicable material to defend my case. She even pulled rankings for the wrong school. Now that I am faced with the same issue in court, it further highlights just how much she did not do any research on the matter and failed to represent me at all. If you're considering hiring Stephanie Jablon, I would advise against it. Hire someone else, or represent yourself, you will be significantly better off."
