"Came to have a fun getaway with my parents. I get that rules are rules, but dang... they enforce their rules a little too much. Check in is 3pm...NO EXCEPTION except if you want to PAY. With a near empty parking lot, and an old casino in the middle of nowhere, you'd think they'd want to be as accommodating as possible. We got there at 2:45 and literally had to stand there waiting with a few others until exactly 3pm. Haha... we all kind of chuckled at the ridiculousness of that. The rooms were nice. And the one cocktail waitress running ragged in the casino was very nice. Steakhouse closed on Monday night. We had a good time though. 30 second drive over to the horse track."
"The front desk was extremely rude, yelling, " Can I help you?" It was July 4th, and we were wondering where we could get something to eat. She sad, NO, NOTHING OPEN AND WE DON'T HAVE ROOM SERVICE. The rooms needed cleaned WAY better, and the shower fixtures needed to be replaced about a year ago! Covered in black and white gunk, and shower sprayed everywhere because the holes were clogged. The potty was icky with black stuff all around thevinsidecof the toilet. Also, there were 4 inches of carpet following the baseboards that desperately needed vacuumed. The casino was not very giving to us. we couldn't even get any kind of payback on anything. 20$ in and gone just as quick! We definitely will not return again"
"To be fair this place seemed amazing. I wouldn't know because the older gentleman I went with was unaware that like everywhere else when covid hit it changed their operating hours. But it was nice to even enter the building. The steak house looks very fancy, I would love some of that pasta advertised on the signage."
"Love the comps! Rooms are always clean, food is awesome! A little dark, not as many machines as other casinos, but I like it. Nice little get a way. Hit or miss with winning just like every other place when you gamble."
"We had not been there for awhile and finally got a chance to go. The room was neat and clean. The food at the Gatsby was great and the slots were good. I broke even and I feel that was a win. I am glad we went back and will be going in the future. Thank you"
