"This is a nice Burger King I always go through the drive-thru when I'm in Washington PA I go there to fix your cat and my son loves Burger King so I come here to get him the chicken nugget meal it is always hot and sometimes they have to bring it out to me but I would say they have great service"

"Went and got two sandwiches as a quick dinner, got home (about 5ish minutes) both sandwiches were cold, called and the phone just rang and rang, drove back, got two hot sandwiches, however customer service still lacking, wasn't offered money back or anything extra because of lack of wanting to do their job, nobody in lobby 3 other people in drive thru. Guess I'll be trying my luck and driving to the Chestnut location. Hopefully it's better there."

"I hadn't even realized I got my food for how fast it was. Bacon King was amazing, the mozzarella sticks were very good, definitely have a repeat customer at this place."

"The thing that shines at this location is the staff. Sheila took such good care of me with my food allergies. I've never had the experience where someone took the time to help me figure out the safe things I could eat, and they went above and beyond reading box labels and notifying the kitchen staff of my needs. Fast food is always such a quick turnaround, and I feel like I'm a hastle asking so many questions. I end up avoiding fast food in general. But Sheila is a rare gem. She was amazing. Thanks for the great experience."

"Was happy to find a Burger King since moving to the Washington area. I had to pull forward to wait for my 2 junior Whoppers for $5 - no problem. The employee came out with my bag and a bag for another customer. She went to the other customer first, that's fine, but then she motioned for me to drive over to her I guess so she didn't have to walk. I was at the exit to turn right onto Jefferson. To go to her would have required backing up my car, going left and driving back around the restaurant again to get to Jefferson. The attitude "you drive over here to me" after already having to wait for my food was surprising. I explained to her that I was turning right on Jefferson and with obvious annoyance she came over to me and roughly handed me my bag. I drove up to my destination (the pharmacy less than 2 min away) where I parked and opened one of my burgers and it was cold. Not even a hint of warmth. Even the burger patty was not the least bit warm. They were well put together with all of the condiments and everything seemed fresh so I took a deep breath, said a prayer, and ate it cold and the other one went to waste. I didn't have time to go back and wait for another order."
