"If you never want to see your loved one agian, use this servser. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional. l called them to post bond for a family member, and was told I would get a call back after they found out exactly what needed to be paid. They did not call back dispute numorous calls from me to check the status. I lost a day, and my loved one was stuck in jail. I called the next day, and finally got someone.They offered no explanation as to why they went silent the day before, and were unapologetic about their error. I finally received, and filled out the paperwork to get them out. They informed me tjst they would post bond at 3pm that day. Soon after that, they stopped picking up the phone, never returned a phone call and did not respond to email. After my family member was stuck another night, (2 nights now) I went to the next company on the list. They got bond over within an hour of my call. My family member is extremely mentally ill, and was stuck in an unsafe situation due to the poor performance of the Sky team."
