"A woman who was having a medical emergency with her pregnancy went to two hospitals and was turned away when miscarrying. The patient, Brittany Watts, was not provided by hospital staff with directions on how to preserve fetal remains or where to take them under Ohio law when she miscarried at home. The fetus fell from the patient’s body into the toilet, without the patient touching the fetus (or even giving consent for it to use her body to exit). Guarnieri believes Brittany committed a crime when she flushed her own toilet and left her own home to seek medical care for herself. He believes she had a legal responsibility to touch and preserve the fetal remains, despite the fact Brittany didn’t put the remains in her toilet, despite the fact the county and the hospital staff had failed to provide Brittany and other miscarrying patients with legal instructions for how to preserve fetal remains and state code disposal and despite the fact Ohio has no such law requiring miscarrying patients to preserve fetal remains for burial in a cemetery plot or cremation."

This irrational line of thinking demonstrates complete and total incompetent in the realm of law. I would not trust Guarneri to do so much as review a contract after my experience with him.
