"I bought a full bedroom set. I expected and belive it will last a life time. Some of the drawers didn't line up. The owner himself came out to my house. Not once but twice to make it right. He told me to stop by their facility if i was ever out that way. About 2 month later i was. He have me a a tour and even showed their internal improvement to assure my slight missalignment issue does not happen moving forward. The service blew my mind. I have forgotten what standing behind a product looks like. They are old-school and absolutely truly want to provide a superior product. Im happy to have learned that i chose well in a company to make me furneture that i will not have to replace. It was spendy but in the long run, it is much cheaper than buying and replacing several times during my life. Plus, i only have to deal with the searching and buying process once. That said, im about to order a second bench. The first bench has found a new home at the foot of the bed to help the dogs up. So now i need a second to put one where the original was taken from."
"Not all Amish furniture is the same. I recently bought some that was very poorly made and definitely not the quality I expected based on what I’ve always heard about Amish furniture. I have since started buying Yutzy and I am so happy with the construction and appearance. You can find more modern pieces that are very well made. I have bought two full bedroom suites and am on to buying a table next! Buy it at Miller’s Home Furnishings in Canton for a great experience."
"I ordered five pieces of furniture with maple wood and a black paint finish – two desks, two end tables, and a coffee table. Unfortunately, some items were delivered damaged, but they were replaced with no hassle whatsoever. There also was a problem on all of the pieces with handprints leaving marks that could not be removed. It took a little while to receive a response from the company, but ultimately, my situation was resolved in a manner that was above and beyond my expectations. The furniture is high quality and beautiful. Also, the opportunity to select the wood, the finish, and in some cases, the specifications, was very beneficial when I was looking for specific sizes and colors. The solid craftsmanship and classic design means that these pieces will last a long time and never go out of style. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I appreciate Yutzy’s strong commitment to customer satisfaction."
"If I could give 100 stars I would. I can 100% promise you that if you are updating or purchasing new furniture you won't regret it. You will regret going elsewhere. The dedication to customers is beyond anything I've experienced for years. Every employee works with integrity which really translates into their work. I bought a master bedroom set in a cherry wood color - the match was 100%. The hand made build of dressers, drawers, bed and headboard is phenomenal. They use a REAL dovetail technique. Naturally, with building anything from the ground up there will be adjustments. The owner really exhibited his dedication and helped us make it perfect to our home! Customers can rely on Yutzy and the products being Amish made by Yutzy = astonishing and amazing. The work they produce truly sells itself.
