"Hotel room has mold in bathroom, they cover the smell with some cheap men’s cologne. They need new towels, they are dirty that even bleach can’t wash dirt out. Carpets were dirty and sticky. Front entrance and hall way in desperate need of update. They save money on AC, it was extremely hot in hall way. Breakfast room did not look appealing, coffee was the worst quality. Pro: girl who checked us in was extremely professional and nice. Their pool was very clean and well maintained."
"Very awesome management/service. We traveled from Florida. My dad was sick all wknd. He had to stay indoors there. The phone in the room did not work. They switch the phones out. You can get a dial tone. Still not able to call out except to the front desk only. The employees/owners said for us to leave our phone numbers with them at the front desk. If there is a problem all my dad had to do was call 0 to the front desk and the staff will give us call. They went the extra mile and called our room throughout the day to check on my dad. For this, I am very grateful and very well appreciated. When I travel back to Ohio, I will definitely be staying at their location again."
"The rooms and hotel overall are a little outdated, but the room was clean and this place served its purpose. We were staying just one night to go to an event at the Covelli Center. Booking online and check-in when we arrived was easy. Breakfast is included in the price of booking. Overall, I’d say for the price, it definitely does the job if you are staying a night or two and are on a budget."
"Location is nice. Close to Youngstown, but not in the chaos. 12 min drive to downtown Youngstown. The hotel itself had friendly staff! No complaints there. However, this is definitely a budget hotel, very reasonable price. It has wear and tear. It didn’t seem dirty, like it was clean, but just recognizably old and in need of renovation to feel more comfy. Also, don’t come here if you do not like the scent of curry! The hotel had an Indian restaurant and all you smell is a strong scent of curry! We didn’t mind, as it was whatever to us, but it was definitely there!"
"After driving for 10 hours our family was exhausted and welcomed a bed to call it a night. This hotel was clean and pet-friendly. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. We hit the road earlier than the breakfast was open."
