"Leah's Yin/Yoga Nidra is transformative! I love the Studio's Hot and Vinyasa classes too, but staying still, holding long poses, and meditation is very difficult for me. (Type A personality) Leah is the perfect instructor for this class. Thoughtful instruction for Yin and a hypnotic voice for the Nidra meditation. After every class, I am relaxed and calm, but also clear-headed with a sense of connection to everything. I recommend this class to everyone!"

"I’ve been waiting for a yoga studio to open in Conneaut for years! I practice and teach heated vinyasa yoga in Pittsburgh, and I attended my first class at Breathe in Yoga this morning. Meghan, the instructor, was wonderful. Her cues were on point, and I loved the offerings for intensification as I’m a seasoned practitioner myself.
