"I have traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 2 vehicles from this location. This was by far the easiest car purchasing/trading in experience ever. I would highly recommend this location and Carvana itself to others over a dealership experience. I would highly recommend getting the vehicle inspected immediately after you receive or pick up your new vehicle. If something is wrong, they give you up to 400 miles or 5 days to exchange/return your purchase and or contact “Silver Rock” to possibly cover repairs through Carvana. For example, when I bought my ram 1500, it only had around 17000 miles on it. I checked all that I physically could in the lot and found nothing. After an inspection I scheduled directly after, they found a small issue that didn’t stop it passing a pa state inspection, but something to keep noted. I had bad rust build-up on the back of my rotors causing awful thumping and pad wear that I could not see because of the shield. My only complaint about Carvana would be their service side of things. (SilverRock) the customer service reps there are completely useless and it’s just a huge waste of your time if anything mechanically is wrong with your vehicle. As I said above about the rust on my new trucks rotors, it was more of a hassle getting them to cover the repairs than anything so I just did the repairs myself. The Carvana experience is super easy, the customer service is great, and the overall purchase of the vehicle is worth it. Just do your research, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. This is your money your spending for something you worked hard for."
