"I originally found The Lift after a google search and the pictures were GORGEOUS! Upon the in person tour I was concerned about the separation upstairs from the dining area and the dance floor but honestly it totally worked out! We did our first dance and mother/son father /daughter dance in the dining area and everyone got a good seat with good views thanks to the suggested floor plan done by Brooke from The Lift! The dance/bar area was left open for all the fun party dancing and the dining area remained a seated talking area close by. The ceremony was perfect, enough for guests up to I think 250 people but still intimate for my guest count of 140. The cocktail area was amazing as well. I have to say working with all the staff they were so easy to talk to, super helpful friendly and patient during my stressful build up. I felt like I could really just be transparent and they respected me. The staff and their required/suggested vendors (Tyler and Rich Taste catering) were AMAZING!!! They all are extremely professional from the management, the bartenders, the catering staff and of course Tyler! They understand how to make an event run and they go out of their way to make your day YOUR day. Me and my husband ❤️ feel so blessed to have had this venue. While wedding planning was not my most favorite thing to do, The Lift made it bearable and during the day of everyone went out of their way to make it magical for us. I can’t recommend this venue enough as well as all the vendors!"

"We had the most beautiful and perfect day celebrating our wedding with our reception at The Lift this past weekend. The venue is absolutely stunning and we received so many compliments from our guests. The flow from cocktail hour on the first floor, to the dinner and dancing on the second floor was perfect and a great amount of space. The bar on the second floor is massive and beautiful as well! The bartenders were also so sweet and great to work with. We already received some teaser photos of our big day and I cannot wait to see more showing off the beautiful space!"

"The Lift is the wedding venue of my dreams. I had a really hard time deciding on a venue. I originally wanted the entire event to be outdoor, however once I saw The Lift I knew our search was over. The photos on the website look exactly as the venue does in person which is one major positive I noted during the planning process - this was NOT the case for most other venues we looked at. My favorite part about The Lift, aside from how gorgeous it is, is how easy it was to narrow down other vendors once we landed on The Lift. We booked Ohio's Greatest Music for DJ services and Rich Taste Catering for food services. Both vendors frequent The Lift so I knew we were in good hands. I love the setup and charm of The Lift. There is an accessible, separate space for each part of the wedding day: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing which I really appreciated. The day-of manager did a great job accommodating my group, helping us with questions, operating the elevator and lift, and keeping the venue secure. The owner is wonderful. My point of contact for the wedding process went on maternity leave about 5 months prior to my wedding (which wasn't communicated to me and led to some minor confusion), however the owner still made sure everything was properly communicated if I ever had questions! Prior to the wedding I was nervous about parking as we had 180 guests and The Lift only has 50 parking spots. This turned out not being an issue for us which was awesome! One big selling point of The Lift is the STUNNING bridal suite. While it is a tiny detail that truly isn't that big of a deal, the bridal suite getting ready chairs were covered in plastic that we were not allowed to take off. From a logical point of view I understood that they didn't want to risk makeup on their white chairs, but I wish this would have been communicated to me prior to arrival on the day of the wedding. Overall, any "negatives" about our experience were heavily outweighed by positives. Ultimately this is a newer venue and I know the kinks will be worked out as time goes on.
