"Cancelled our room for showing up too late. No refund. Never had this happen to me with any other hotel, ever. Customer service was worse than them wanting to charge us full price for another room. Stay somewhere else if you can."
"Breakfast was disgusting! The pool was cloudy and outside there is no where to sit! We came to our room, everything smelt like weed. In the fridge takeout left in there and RAW burgers left by someone! Horrible place to stay."
"Overall great experience! The only knock is that the parking lot is a bit damaged and needs maintenance and there were not enough parking spaces every night. Great experience for the very affordable pricing."
"This dump doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible hotel and horrible customer service. First room we got to had a broken desk, broken lock (which is obviously a huge concern), broken phone, broken microwave, soaps in the shower were empty, dirty beds and lamp shades. These concerns were raised and we were offered to move to a new room. The new room had a broken AC, holes and stains in the carpet, dirty lampshades and again another broken lock on the door! Obviously safety is not a concern at this horrible establishment. We again asked to move to a new room and were denied and they said none were available even though the parking lot is near empty. We asked for a full refund as we wanted to go to another hotel and the manager chuckled and said “good luck” and only offered a 10-15% refund."
