"We stopped here today around 1:45ish pm, and we did not have a great experience here. We used the restroom and my mother in law forget her wallet in the stall. There was only us, another women and the cleaning lady in there at that time. Once my mother in law realized she didn’t have her wallet she ran back in there and that’s when my mother in law asked the cleaning lady if she saw her wallet with her phone and the lady said she turned it in and asked my mother in law to describe it so she did. My MIL opened it to find that her $40 was missing and her Gabe’s reward card gone (the person who took it must of thought it was a credit card) So, I ran back in to get the manager. The manager kept saying “we have trust worthy people who work here” “I could pull the cameras but I’m not going to”. Like what in the absolute hell!?! Here’s a fair warning please make sure all your belongings are on you, because not everyone is as “trustworthy” as they say. The manager I spoke to today her name was Sue. Tomorrow we will be calling to a higher manager."
"Food is garbage. I want some good old fashioned American fast food when I'm on the road. Best this place can offers Panerai, it's overpriced hospital food. Had to go to the gas station to get something 1/4 decent off the hot rollers and enjoined it much more."
"Clean travel plaza with a variety of food options, a 7-11, gas, and EV charging stations. Things were pretty clean and the bathrooms were pretty nice."
"Pleasant surprise. Very clean and spacious. No problem social distancing here! Small welcome center was unstained. They did not offer maps of Ohio. Two vendors in the food court. Getting in and out was a challenge due to construction. Gas prices were the lowest we saw in VA, MD, PA & OH. Significant amount of restroom sinks and toilets were out of service."
