"I purchased a Sienna in November and overall had a good experience. I did feel the communication wasn’t always proactive from the sales side but we were able to preorder our vehicle and everything went smoothly with the sale. Lack of follow up from finance has us still waiting on our rebate check for our extended warranty on the vehicle we traded in. It is now August. I understand the dealership has no benefit in completing this aspect of the sale, however, I expected more prompt follow up and communication on this issue. I have called finance a week ago and have heard nothing back as of today. The last update they provided was in May."
