Shults Ford Wexford

"I try to do most of my car maintenance myself, what I have the skillset to do anyways. But I cant don't an alignment (among many other things) So when I got my alignment done and the steering wheel was slightly off, I was frustrated, because I was expecting to call the dealership and they say that it wasn’t off, or that was the best they could do. And I’ll admit, the steering wheel was barely off, I mean, a hair, but I’m particular, which is why I take it to the dealer for certain things. I called, they apologized, and took it in the next day to fix it for free. As they should, but I’m not sure I would have gotten this level of coordination and ease to fix the problem with other car dealerships. Chris was my advisor, he did an excellent job with the customer service. I’ve owned Ford, Mazda and Volvos, Volvo is excellent, but expensive. Mazda I always thought tried to overcharge me. But ford seems to give me a fair price for the service and is timely in completing it. I’ll still continue to maintain my own vehicle if I can. But when I need dealer service, which I know I will, I know where to go. I wish they would offer loaner cars like some other dealerships do."
