"We hired A & S Carpeting to install carpeting in our home. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable and guided us to a carpet that fits our needs. There was delay in the carpet arriving to the store. We were not kept informed during the delay. We had to visit the store to learn as to what was the delay. We received a call eventually that gave a date of installation. On that day the installers arrived without calling ahead to give an estimated time on their arrival. The carpet was installed and the men left. The installers left a mess in the driveway and front porch. Carpet fiber, cigarette butt and spilled a beverage were scattered throughout the area. I cleaned up that mess and the mess they left in the room in which the carpet was installed. I will try another floor coverings business if the need arises."

"We are currently in the process of having our kitchen remodeled, and we chose A&S Carpet Collection to install the floors. They had a wide range of flooring to choose from, and it took us a while to pick the exact floor we were looking for. But it was well worth the effort! The floors are beautiful! They are Shaw Luxury Vinyl and are very easy to clean. And the steps look amazing! I get so many compliments on the steps. Tom was our installer, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was and what a perfectionist he is! He does such high quality work and was extremely pleasant to work with. We’re looking forward to having carpeting installed at a later time - and we’ll definitely go back to A&S! Hopefully Tom does carpeting installation, too!"
