"Horrible customer service! I called because my order was shipped incorrectly. The person answered the phone with an irritated "hello?" I felt like i was calling a personal phone by mistake. I asked if i was calling Acorn Vitamins and she said "ya." I explained my issue. She admitted that it was her mistake and she was the one that actually packed my box. She said I'll send you the item you ordered with a pre-paid shipping label for you to send me the incorrect product back. I explained to her that i was in a lot of pain and paid for priority shipping and the last thing i wanted to do was make a trip to the post office when the right product finally arrived. In the meantime im going to have to go try to find the product nearby because i can't wait another 8 days for a product to arrive that i paid priority shipping for. She insisted that i had to send the incorrect product back to her! It’s frightening that they would even re-sell a product that has been at someone’s house and it’s just bad customer service to make the customer pay for the store’s mistake. Ultimately i contacted the distributor of the product and they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend Head & Heal products for you and your pets just get it anywhere, but Acorn Vitamins unless you enjoy being mistreated and don’t mind running the risk of buying a product that may have spent a week or so in someone else’s home."

"As a first timer bought a CBD muscle cream listed at $37.77 on the rack and the staff told me I would get a 25% off as a discount . However the Store manager rang it up as $44.43 and then applied the discount which came to roughly the same price on the rack $35.57. I did not check the bill when I left and when I called back the manager justified the rack and website price as “discounted prices” and told me that my floor 25% discount was applied to the full retail price of $44.43. If this is a game, I lost now but they lost all my future business because I lost trust."
