"Lately it's been frustrating to order...either their products are discontinued or out of stock. Now you can no longer order fresh produce except through setting up a subscription box weekly or monthly. Which is not handy because sometimes events come up that you need veggies and fruit for today!"
"While these kinds of places sell some good products, I’d like to give a word of caution. It can be come a never ending obsession needing to try all the latest cure alls, as well as a major money drain ( and to think there are folks in this world without enough food to eat, much less access to colon cleanses and the like). We have purchased a few things from them, but I believe some of their products are simply “old wive’s fables”."
"They never tell me on the phone that items are back ordered. Twice I've had items missing when my order arrives. The back ordered item might arrive 4 months later. Just today I received the information packet to the postpartum kit I ordered in June. My baby is now 3 months old..... If I need supplement I need them today not 4 months from now... I might be finding a more reliable source to order from."
