"We love Ortons! The produce has always been top notch. The pricing is about adverage as it is everywhere else. The bakery side is never a disappointment ( their Dutch apple pie is my fav. ). They have fudge and locally provided milk in glass jugs, local honey and is family owned. The employees are always great to talk to as well. Overall I would highly reccomend this establishment."

"Nice people, nice bakery, but this year was awful for Peaches. Early Peaches were not ripe, as hard as apples. Had to ripen in a bag on the counter. Now the price of a basket is up to $15 and they are mushy and tasteless. I don't know what the answer is ... but I do know that if we took a Peach and split it at the check out counter and shared it with the staff that they would certainly be embarrassed with what they're selling. As I said, I don't know what the answer is other than to suggest that the owners taste what they put out for sale but then if the product is soft and mushy and tasteless I don't know what their options are. I'm a long-time customer and this is disappointing"
