"I have been there twice in the last week while caring for my parent. The staff at the Olean Blvd location are exceptional. They clearly care about their clients and treat people with respect and a good dose of humor. The man at the front desk is great at putting people at ease and managing what was a huge number of clients on the day that we were there. The Phlebotomist who drew the blood was also wonderful. She was patient and kind and I saw her checking on clients while they were using the bathroom to make sure they were ok. The second time I was there to pick up forms, I saw the same man at the front desk, and he could not have been more accommodating. I strongly recommend this facility."

"I was a walk-in this morning at Sunrise Clinical Lab. I came in with the wrong document/order, from my physician. I was greeted by gentleman with a big smile. He immediately assured me there wasn’t a problem, asked for my physician’s name and proceeded to call the physician for the correct order. BTW he knew the phone number from memory. Within 5 minutes I was in a room having my blood drawn. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The technician was quick, accurate, the draw was,painless. The facility is clean and well staffed. I highly recommend Sunrise!"

"I went in as a morning walk-in for a blood draw based solely off location (relatively close to my house) and reviews (highest review rating of any other lab in Port Charlotte). They were so friendly and so accommodating! Unfortunately, they weren’t able to accept my insurance but they promptly directed me to a place that did. I would highly recommend them for labs! The staff was courteous and friendly and I would have liked being able to use them for my lab work. The place I ended up going was alright too but at that other place, you’re basically just take a number and have a seat. This place seemed way more friendly and caring than that. Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!"
