"They gave me the wrong labels for my stool sample containers, then they told me to go outside and put new labels on it (making me hold containers of feces on a public sidewalk). Apparently i’m not allowed to do that in the bathroom? Then the bag they gave me wasn’t even big enough for the samples so I had to go back inside and get another bag. In the end, a simple specimen dropoff turned into almost 20 minutes of back and forth. Due to their incompetence I had to double the speed limit in order not to be late for work."

"Worst customer service ever, over the phone they sounded so nice and helpful but once I got there the receptionist was mean and rude. They made me wait for over an hour, but had to asked my husband to step out to pick up my older son, so I asked how much longer will it take and she said 10 more minutes, I sent my husband to get my son but they wouldn't wait for him to come back and have the ultrasound with me. I even heard the receptionist telling the nurse to make sure she did it fast so that my husband didn't get to see it. That was so mean! I has to wait over an hour but they wouldn't wait for 5 minutes, they think we have nothing else to do but to be there!!! It’s a place I will never recommend and I would never go back there. Really hope that receptionist learns how to treat others.."

"Waited over an hour for a covid test, staff was verbally arguing with each other in front of patients, room was not cleaned in-between patients being tested for covid, every covid patient being tested was given same pen to sign consent form with out being sanitized. The staff was rude and gave the impression that you were bothering them. You were asked to call when you arrived for your appointment, called three times and no answer. Such an unpleasant experience and left me worried how unsanitary it felt."
