"I recently purchased a power steering gear box by cardone reman for my 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue 318 ci., I order it going by the pic on the website that had the same part number as mine and did not check the compatible part number listed. I got the part and did not fit; the part looked pretty good, very clean paint; would have been very happy if it had fitted. I ended up remanu the original and requested an RMA from CARiD and got help from Ed (very helpful and friendly) with just a few questions regarding my order and condition of the part; after everything was said and done, I got the approval for the return paperwork and the return shipping label with the promise of a refund for the purchased part and core charge with the exception of the shipping cost and return shipping cost because it wasn't their mistake. (Understandable) I sent the piece back and did get my refund as promissed. Excellent customer service."

"First purchase with CarID, ordered a camlocker 71” toolbox. Had some hiccups with shipping but they took care of me. Package arrived in perfect condition, just a little behind the anticipated date. Customer service was excellent and I’m enjoying my new toolbox."

"This is my 2nd order from CarID. Figure I give them a shot, looking for a specific part for my vehicle. I chatted with Meryll to find out some more info for the part I need. Meryll went above and beyond looking for what I needed and exactly what my car required. Which was a rear axle for my Grand Marquis. I was very with how she handled my questions and concerns. My last question I wanted to see when I could expect the part at my doorstep. And it was only 2 days. I get an update the morning after placing my order from FedEx, and my axle is in fact arriving tomorrow. I was a RockAuto guy. CarID, pretty damn impressive. The part I needed before, fit on my Nissan just like the one I had to replace. Very happy customer. Thank you Meryll, thank you CarID"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 8 fuel injectors for a truck I am working on, along with a couple other things. When I get my package, it only had seven. I contacted support and they told me that they “actually shipped me 8.” So I explained that I was standing there looking at 7 injectors that came out of the one package. They told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would fix it and that I should expect an email in two to three business days. As it was Friday I understood that it would probably be mid the next week before I got my shipping confirmation. Instead, what I got, was an email that said “they confirmed with the warehouse that they shipped me 8 injectors”. I thought that this was already taken care of and I was waiting on a shipping confirmation for my missing injector. Instead, they apparently think I am a liar and am trying to swindle an extra injector for whatever reason. So now, I’ve explained my situation three times to them, sent them numerous pictures of the packaging, the products, and the shipping labels and am waiting to hear back. Due to a mistake (one that I could have let go) in the warehouse, I missed out on being paid for a job I was doing requiring these injectors, but now, due to the company, I am having more of my time wasted and will now take even longer to finish the job. I got a shipping confirmation email for my missing part a week ago. Now they have canceled that order. They want me to file a damages claim instead of fixing my problem again. I’m thinking about going to the BBB"

"Dina was amazing! She had my shopping cart pulled up, confirmed the item, had a shipping date ready within a couple of minutes. She was super friendly and fun to talk to, great humor. Super fast and friendly service and the item is to arrive today (two days from ordering)! Rescinding my 5 Star review. Item came damaged and left a message with Dina to find out what I needed to do to resolve as I needed the running board to get in and out of my truck for my 400 mile travel home. No response. No calls returned. Took many pictures of part and box. Installed for trip home. Talked to someone in customer service who said they would inspect the part with the box and then I could discard the part and they would send a new. My bad-I did not have the box. The pictures of the box didn’t suffice, so they refused to refund money for the damaged part and refused to replace it. Will never use them again. Nor did they send the $25.00 gift card I was promised for leaving a google review, which is not needed now anyway. Will report to BBB as well."
