"Don't be surprised if as a new member they try stopping your donations after the 2nd one due to inability to test your protein sample. They did that to my fiance when she started donating so she was unable to use her new donor coupon to its fullest and they are doing the same thing to me right now."

"Staff wasn’t welcoming at all and looked irritated when I showed up for my appointment. When they told me that they couldn’t help serve me I was dumbfounded. Also call in advance to make sure you have a checklist because the one the website or app shows you is not accurate."

"For those who aren't afraid of needles, donating plasma through BioLife can be a way to help others and earn some side income at the same time. I've always had a very pleasant experience with the office in Dubuque IA. Everyone is very polite and courteous. Professionals in what they do, but friendly. I like the early morning hours (usually 5:45am for me) availability. I would highly recommend."

"For the most part the staff members are nice. Some can make you feel like they didn't want you there. Sometimes it's hard to find an appointment. They just don't offer the bonuses like they used to. Like get an extra $50 if you donate so many times in a certain amount of time. I'm wondering why it's allowed to let people leave their dogs in the car. I've seen it on hotter days and cold days. That's not right. Wish there could be a rule about leaving dogs in the car while donating. Some dogs keep barking."

"Sara has been a great help when I’ve had to see the nurse. From easing my nerves at my physical for my first visit to fixing my finger errors when filling out the questionnaire, she always has a smile on her face no matter how busy it may be! Dubuque center is easy to find. It’s been a pleasant and rewarding experience donating plasma."
