He was always calm, handled several customer issues simultaneously, and made sure the customer was satisfied before wishing them well. He never took a break for anything and I was there twice for a total of 2.5 hours to solve a tech issue. Every customer left with a smile while I was there and we all appreciated his skills and how hard he worked to take care of each issue."
