"The receptionist was absolutely pissed because I was asking questions about prices on a frenectomy. I asked if there was any good faith estimation for someone paying out of pocket, nope. Would not give me an answer. It took multiple calls for her to ask someone in billing, which apparently only took 5 seconds to do, which seems extremely suspicious. They told me $350~ estimate afterwards. Don't go here, terrible receptionist"

"I had surgery on my upper jaw done by Dr. Fantuzzo in September 2022. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Fantuzzo discussed my options with me and helped to choose the best one and answered every question I had. I was terrified for the surgery and he was understanding and explained things to put my nerves at ease. The surgery went smoothly and the office called to check on me frequently during my recovery and scheduled follow up appointments. When I came in for my follow ups the staff were just as excited as I was to see how it turned out.
