"Dr. Palona provided me with a dental implant. About 5 years later it was loose. I scheduled an appointment and he replaced a screw. The next day it was loose again. I called the office to see if he could help. The staff put me on hold and told him I wanted to schedule an appointment to investigate further. Per his staff, I was told by him to go to my dentist to resolve the issue. Implants are very expensive and my regular dds doesn’t have the expertise. I had to seek out another oral surgeon to help fix it. Turns out it is also off center."

"Wow. What an incredible place. I was searching a while for a good place to go to and this place was beyond every expectation. Every person is friendly, respectful, and make you feel comfortable. Place is super clean and plenty of room for busy times. Although i never waited more then a minute or two past my appt time even with others in there. My nurse and surgeon who removed my wisdom teeth were super personable and made me laugh which helped a lot with nerves. No pain and it was over fast. They were the best and ill never go anywhere else again. Thank you to the staff there!"
