"The ladies in the front desk made this the most horrible experience. Instead of attending to my needs and pain they're talking about money and other procedures when i called to ask for a 2nd opinion. I've already gave them the okay with my information and ssn to call the other clinic to release my x-rays and medical records to them. The ladies in the front desk tells me the other clinic won't release the records without my consent. So I tried downloading there link to get my records and it's not working and they're like oh just go to the back. The whole time I feel like I'm getting backed into something I don't want to do. Be careful with these people they will say anything to make you feel "right" and "safe" with them. BE AWARE!!!"
