For your convenience, Diley Ridge Medical Center offers an online check-in system, allowing you to notify the center of your arrival quickly and easily. The center operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

"I have no idea why they have a 2.0 rating. This place has literally NEVER failed me. They helped me again last night with some horrible chronic coughing. They gave me a breathing treatment and steroids on site. I woke up today feeling so much better. I also directed my son here to deal w an issue he was having and he was super impressed also. "My wife was having apparent heart issues. We walked in, sat in waiting room about 30 seconds, talked to admissions and we were immediately taken back. 2 Nurses hooking her up, doc came in a few minutes later, ordered some test and he found her issue quickly. I even forgot my iPad in the room as we were leaving. Called next day and it was in a safe with our name on it. Thanks for your help!"
"I recently started going here after relocating and due to the Army we have received medical services from all over to include Newark, OH • Ft Drum, NY • Evans Mills, NY • Ft Rucker, AL • Dothan, AL. I can happily say Diley Ridge Medical has been absolutely amazing! Everyone is always friendly, the doctors in both the PCP side and ER side are proactive, I've never waited longer than 15 mins and have been seen the same day I called in 3 out of 3 times. The doctor listens to my concerns and runs all the tests required to rule out the bad while optimistically communicating the good. I recently lost a grandfather whom's only symptom of Stage 4 Cancer was back pain and I happened to strain my back -- They ran an X Ray just to be safe and give me peace of mind which was so relieving. The staff is also extremely personable and always make me feel comfortable and confident. Thank you so so much!"
"In my experience this is not a good emergency room! More like an urgent care facility. Dr doesn’t listen and have one thing on their mind and doesn’t even address the issue that I went in for!! Terrible tightness in chest and no monitor or anything was used. She focused on my stomach and didn’t listen to me! I still have same symptoms and will have to go to a full service hospital!! I believe the Doctors are just residents!!"
