"The first time I came here was a great experience. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. I recently tried to donate blood and mentioned I would be going for a thyroid test after. I had not seen any questions in the eligibility questionnaire or in their binder of information they provided that said I would be ineligible. When she came back I was told I could not donate, which is fine, but I was curious to ask why? To which the nurse rudely replied “you’ll hurt other patients”.. I believe a more professional explanation could've been given in such a setting. She made me feel like I did something wrong. If I didn’t mention it, it would’ve been over looked. Her treatment of me gave me a sour feeling about donating in the future, and that hurts because I enjoyed helping out. If people that donated were treated better they would probably do it more often."

"Loved my first experience for donation on April 14th. Patrick and Christina helped me feel at ease. They didn’t try to rush even after hours because i felt little dizzy and couldn’t get up because it was my first donation. So i had to wait a little longer and they waited with me and didn’t try to rush me. Very good staff very good experience. I appreciate it very much. And they appreciate their donars very much too. Very kind."
