"Sad state this place is in. Fence is falling apart. Weeds are high. Looks uncared for. The grass was mowed so that looked nice. It was so quiet. Where are the children playing? Use to be a time kids were always outside playing could barely drive down there without having a kid crossing the streets. Noone walking, noone at the play yard. Just nothing."
