"Went here with my sister (bride) and my mom to look at dresses for my mom and I. They were closed during their posted business hours so I had to call the store. The guy that answered the phone and opened the door, asked us for pictures of what we want and said “you can’t just look at dresses, you need a color and style”. We asked if we could look around and he said okay but proceeded to come after us and kept saying you need a picture it’s too many dresses here. He wouldn’t let us look at dresses without asking questions like are you guys together and do you know what color do you want. He was rude and quite pushy. We left and told him he was rude. There were no other customers in the store."

"I took my daughter to look at Prom Gowns for her JUNIOR Prom. We went in the back way. It felt like a hoarder’s basement if you are claustrophobic don’t even try. We went to the front of the store, where a man asked if he could help us. My daughter said what we were looking for. The man laughed. My daughter is 6’ 2’ a lot of little men laugh at her stature. A lady started looking in the book for the dress and found the dress my daughter wanted (a knock-off of the designer my daughter wanted). She advised us it would need to be ordered. We asked if my daughter could try on dresses, the man said “We don’t have her size in store. She is so tall we would need to order them.” I advised him that we have tried on dresses at other stores, she was fine with length. He said they did not have any size 18. I asked the women, she said they were “all mixed in.” We attempted to look at the dresses, it was too overwhelming. A size 6 dress was next to a size 24 burlesque dancer dress. In a time when we are trying to lift up our teens, let them know size doesn’t matter. They made what is supposed to be a fun shopping trip AWFUL."
