"I called 3 contractors recommended by Avista (HOC was not listed) HOC was the only co to call back and make an appointment for an insulation expert to meet w/me. Matt was very knowledgable. After we reviewed all of the issues I thought needed to be improved to decrease my utility bill. I have an apartment w/a low cement ceiling heated w/electric radiant units so I didn’t have many options. Matt recommended that I patch a few areas and look into a split system before I try anything else. How great to meet w/a knowledgeable representative. Thank you"

"One of 2 co’s out of 10 to actually schedule a job site visit and written estimate. Job scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and far less than some ‘phone quotes’ I got from one of the N Idaho big CO’s. I had almost written off spray foam because of the insane pricing quotes until these guys came out. We’re thorough in walking the site, knowledgeable in preventing unforeseen stuff- gave me a punch out list of things I need to button up prior to their spray. They were great to work around our exposed beams and we are relieved we could get the job done with foam as their price was reasonable."
