"I went toTravel Leaders to book a trip to Austria... I arrived at my hotel in Vienna, to find out that my reservation was canceled almost immediately after Travel Leaders made it. The paperwork specifically stated that I did not need to call to confirm my reservation so I didn't... it was the biggest weekend of their year, and no hotels had vacancy in the city. Talk about a nightmare!!!! I called travel leaders to see how this could've happened and they would not even return my phone call... They left me stranded in a foreign country to fend for myself!!! Do yourself a favor and go with someone like AAA for your travel needs... If I could give zero stars, I would..."

They know the best time to go somewhere, where to stay, and all of the details about the destination.
