"The doctor who took dr yans place is absolutely wonderful. She cares more about her patients and she explains more a whole lot more. I wish she would of been moms doctor this whole time"

"This office is absolutely horrible. They scheduled me with the nurse practitioner Beth Earles who is the only nice person in the entire practice, she genuinely wanted to help me. The secretary is absolutely terrible on every encounter I’ve had with her. Dr. Yan refused to see me since the NP had seen me first although it was her office who scheduled me with the NP. They are just so rude and mean and never answer the phone and when you walk in to talk to someone the secretary will roll her eyes and say, “Why are you here?!” Literally the least professional practice I have ever encountered and a terrible representation of the hospital."

"If I could give hero zero stars I would, She treated me kind until all of a sudden she yanked her diagnosis and told me a see a specialist. Then proceeded to treat unkind and told me my medicine was my last hope and when I went to the hospital when I couldn't walk with severe muscle weakness. She dismissed me as a patient all because I canceled an two appointments due to health issues and told me there is nothing wrong with me when I have so many symptoms it's not funny including seizures and migraines and muscle weakness."

"She is not a good doctor. It's like she's throwing darts and seeing what sticks. She doesn't follow through with her recommendations and never seems to remember you from one appointment to the next. The front desk woman is snotty too."

"Awful Dr. Cannot understand her accent. Bad choice to make if you are really sick. Does not know patients because she had to many so you get sub par medical care."
