"Thank you to all the staff for taking care of this family every time we come in. Well let me tell you something about this place. There are seriously some awesome people that work here. I have been going here for a few years now and they have been there for me through some seriously hard times. I only had a flip phone a few years ago and I wasnt sure if I should even drive that far for an appointment. I have to say, I live in Canton Ohio and they are more than worth the driveMy son kept breaking his glasses. He has Autism and doesnt know how to take care of things well. They helped me through it. They are patient with me and mean the world to me."
"Dr Kail and his staff are extremely competent, efficient, kind, and friendly. My husband and I have been going to him for 20 plus years. He has taken careful care of our eyes through the years, post successful lensectomies, and through my husband's diabetes. He is an honorable family man, and gives his skills and heart to others through his international Cross-eyed Missions efforts. The technicians are patient and helpful when choosing and fittings frames and making adjustmenta and repairs,. etc. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Finally, they all accomplish this while. being extremely busy. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else."
