"Needed a soil report for an addition to my house. I called a few places without much success. Either there was no response to my messages or the price was completely unreasonable. One company said they need three weeks to generate the soil report. Geotechnical Testing Services sent a technician within 24 hours to take the soil samples and his engineering report followed within a few days. All this excellent service for a price that was at least 20% less than others. great service ! highly recommended !!"
