Take 5 Oil Change

"Had my oil changed today at Take 5 in New Phila for the first time and it was a great experience. I will definitely be using them from now on as well as my husband too!!! Will also be telling everyone I can how great the service is there!! The manager and 2 other service guys jumped right in and were all very organized and so polite and made you feel important. They showed me all the different oil changes and let me choose what I wanted, then showed me my air filter and asked if I'd like it replaced.....never tried to force me to get anything more than what I wanted like other places have done. I was surprised they checked my tires and filled them to where they should be, which was awesome because I knew they needed some air and now I didn't have to go do it myself!! Also great that I can go back during the first 3,000 miles and have my oil or other fluids topped off if needed at no charge. Thank you for the great service!!!"

"They give you & your passengers cold water bottles & fruit snacks and juice for children (FREE) They wash your front window, check tires, coolant, windshield wipers, etc. Very friendly, very quick, 10/10"

"I went today to Take 5 in New Philadelphia...pulled in...they brought out a bottle of water for me and passenger...1st impressions....nice.. The man had me pull in and he was there in front of me guiding me in....felt like I was landing an airplane...joking here... I told him he was very brave to stand in front of me....I don't trust myself driving sometimes..lol I felt like the only person being waited on (which I was) lol They checked tire pressure..nice bonus....and my windshield wipers...another bonus....top all my fluids off..3rd bonus! Although, I don't think they got my sense of humor half the time....well maybe whole time...but this 4 guys were polite, professional and sweet... I even got guided out of building...once again ...very very brave... Just got to give them a HELL YEAH! Great job Guys! Thanks so much for my oil change...pretty much reasonable prices.... I will definitely be back next time! Thank you"

"BEWARE...BEWARE....I was highly disappointed with them..I pulled in for an oil change and they immediately tried to up sell me..Tried telling me that I had a leak from an oil pan. No, I do not !!! Tried telling me that I needed a new air filter .No I do not !! I had gotten it changed two months ago. Tried telling me I need a Radiator flush..I have a 2008 Ford Explorer , very well maintained I might add, with 207,000 miles ..He insisted that I could get the regular oil change , I had stated NO I would like the Synthetic oil for high mileage, he just shrugged his shoulders and said , there really is no difference..If I could give this negative stars I would..I will be sticking to Valvoline , They definitely have seasoned employees that know what they are doing."
