He even offered to cover our very first Pennsylvania inspection since would have to pay out-of-pocket purchasing at a dealership in Ohio. We had a slight hiccup on the day of pick up due to an unexpected security data breach that was not only out of their control but also left them in a period of waiting. They worked endlessly to ensure that we would have our new vehicle ready to take on vacation the very next day and as expected, they delivered! When we came to pick up the vehicle, I was running behind with the two hour commute. Lillian was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, thorough, and overall exceptionally pleasant. We were inside for under 30 minutes before she gave us a complete closed loop tutorial on every function of the vehicle. Lillian and Mike even stayed after closing for nearly an hour to make sure that we knew all of the functions, ensuring complete satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Mike, Matt, & Lillian and refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to the Preston dealerships. 10/10 experience!"

"Lease was nearly up on our '21 Hyundai Venue, and we were over the miles by a few thousand. Due to some financial woes, my credit is currently challenging. We definitely didn't want to get trapped in a high payment on an old out of warranty car at a buy here pay here place. Our awesome salesperson Lilly and sales manager Mike Rubin got us into a beautiful brand new '24 Elantra SEL for less than on old heap would have been at a BHPH place.
