"Truckers who drive for this company drive erratically and at speeds that far surpass the posted speed limit. Have watched as they have run over wildlife without a second thought. Have also watched their drivers toss garbage out of truck windows. Asking them to slow down is for naught. Definitely not good neighbors."

"EDIT: Higher-ups at Bonded have agreed to seal my walkway in the spring, on their dollar, to even out the look of the concrete. I expect they will follow through, and I can turn this review around. Stay tuned. Homeowner here. First impression of these guys is terrible. First load came out way too wet, then they had to send a 2nd load because they didn't give us a full 3 1/2 yards so wanted to charge us for an additional 2 yards. Had to get on the phone 3 times with the lady, explaining I'm a veteran and not to screw my contractor over. Then they finally waived the extra fee. But now 2 weeks later I still have discolored cement that isn't the same color as the better load and seems worse quality. (From what I read, even after curing the structural integrity is greatly reduced when concrete is too wet.) For now, get your concrete from someplace else."

"After speaking with an endless number of concrete companies, that essentially blew me off, I finally found Bonded concrete. They saved our job from tanking. Nick, one of the owners, was kind enough to drive to Marlboro NY on a Saturday morning at 6am to double check that his truck would fit in our long and windy driveway. Plus they were willing and able to come a day earlier then I originally scheduled. The driver was also so helpful. Such team work!"

"I wanted to make sure this issue was corrected so no one else gets charged for additional services without being told. Bonded pleasant valley delivered concrete to my house delivery was great, driver was wonderful. The price I was given was a little expensive but with the way the world is today I figured the price had just gone up a lot. After the delivery later in the night looking at the receipt that I wasn't given until after the delivery, I see that there is a cost of $270 for a short load fee. I was never told this just the total for the delivery. I've had deliveries by bonded in the past and never been charged this fee. When I called back the customer service woman admitted to not disclosing there was an additional fee. I received a phone call later in the day from a gentleman who ran circles with me on the phone for at least 30 minutes basically telling me I'm not getting my money back. He even compared it to going out to dinner, " if I go out to dinner and get a hamburger and fries do you ask the restaurant how much the hamburger cost separately from the fries". I said to him this was poor customer service on your end and also my fault for not asking for a breakdown maybe we can split the cost? And he consistently told me that he was losing money if he gave me any money back. My house is 1.8 miles from bonded. He told me anything under 7 yd there's an additional fee. I told him your people who answer the phone should tell customers that. He agreed and said that something they need to improve on. But in the end I'm out $270 just want to make sure no one else has this issue without being told."

"Terrible company that doesn’t back their product. Paid extra for colored concrete. They delivered a hot load that they then diluted with water, which according to the contractor I’ve now had to hire to fix the mess diluted the color. What was supposed to be dark grey. came out a light bluish/grey. I contacted the Pleasant Valley site and the person was shocked at the color difference and said they’d speak to their boss. The boss retorted I should seal it and they cannot guarantee a specific color. I emailed the main office who said they’d be having the plant manager contact me. They proceeded to ignore me and never reached out. I asked for a refund of just what I paid for the color even though the concrete dried so fast that has to be replaced also. No response. I’m sure the small amount of money I asked for in a refund to offset the cost of the repairs I now have to make to a terrible walkway aren’t much to them but it would’ve helped me dramatically. It’s clear this company does not care about its customers at all and just brushes them off proving they don’t matter."
