"I stopped her to wash my car and made the mistake of using my credit card to pay. The machine said it charged me $5.25 which was about right. But after I left my bank sent the notification saying they charged me $10. I immediately called and notified them and they did indeed give me my $5 back. But not before saying it must have been my bank that overcharged me. No apology, nothing like that. Just an attitude and blaming my bank because they got caught trying to steal money from me. I would suggest strongly that you get your car washed elsewhere. Who knows how many people they steal from that doesn't have their bank notifications set up like I do to notify of charges"

"The vacuums I felt weren't very strong it cost $1.50 to start for about 3 minutes I would say maybe five didn't count also there's only four vacuums you have to wait for the person on the opposite side where you park to finish before you can do your vehicle I feel they need more vacuums there is enough room for them"

"Did a great job for a laser wash. Better than when they had someone manning the wash like it was before, and probably stealing your money because the CC machine was perpetually down. Unless you only had a card then the person would say "well hold on let me take it in and check", then it was magically working. Anyway, big improvement!!"
