With light wear and tear and well taken care of paint, your product has faded, streaked, and the finish has started peeling off. What was that about quality?? Oh, and how about your warranty? Let’s ask Jamie at Kentrol how he approaches customers with product quality issues. Think he will help you? Nope, he will become argumentative and tell you “is an $80 part really worth your multiple calls? We reviewed this and aren’t covering it!” Product quality and customer service.... something you will NOT get when purchasing from Kentrol."
"They do have a wide variety of products. However they do not stand behind their products. My $700 set of hinges for my 4 Dr wrangler began to chip and flake horribly. My wheels are power coated and have never had a chip crack or flake. They told me they can't do anything about it. So I wasted $900 on hinges and installation and now have hinges that look worse than factory regular painted hinges. Do not do business with them, they will not stand behind their own products. I am a USMC vet, kinda figured they would want to do something. Avoid Kentrol."
