"I needed a new exterior door handle on the driver’s door. I got one off eBay and took it up to them. They took two days to get the repair done and in the process of putting my handle on they actually chipped part of my interior handle off. But that wasn’t the worst part. The next day after getting it back I noticed two screws on the floor of my car that clearly came from the door panel. A day later my window was off its track and couldn’t go up all the way. I had to take it to a real auto body shop and get the window put back on track. Horrible. They butchered my car."
