"Exceeded Expectations!!! This was a multi-layered service call. I was presenting my children with a house warming gift of service call, needed maintenance, and a new smart thermostat. I asked that the main communication and cost go through me so it could be a surprise gift. Mike was a super hero for me. He went to the house then called, advised and took me through everything he would be doing and getting price approval. He completed all the work in perfect order and advised the kids along the way on their system and what they should be doing. EVERYONE WAS HAPPY! The office coordinator, Jenna, is top notch. Their booking and invoice system state of the art. Timeliness was amazing. Mike, the technician, is truly superior. We will be setting up a routine maintenance contract and as soon as I move to my home in Youngstown next month, I will be working with them too. I have a 33 year career in property management and I was truly impressed with this company! I highly recommend them."
"Needed my old outdoor AC unit replaced, got it done yesterday in about 2-3 hours. Call these guys first and don't waste your time like I did. Everyone I interacted with there was cool and knowledgeable and didn't try to be a salesperson. Was great to work with these guys.
